I need your class schedule to properly schedule your examinations.

Details.
1.  You are required submit your class schedule by email before 27 June 2002, 8 AM.

2.  Email the schedule to manuel@eee.upd.edu.ph with exactly the following subject line.

     'EEE 101 student class schedule'

3.  The schedule is composed of lines with the following format

   - student_ID day start_time end_time subject room

4.  Check your schedule twice before emailing it to me,

5.  Put this at the end of your email.

I certify that the above information is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
I certify that I have checked the above information twice for accuracy.
I acknowledge that the submitted class schedule will be used for examing scheduling
and any inaccuracy on my part may lead to an exam schedule conflict.

6.  Any inaccuracy in the data or format may lead to a conflict in your class schedule.

Notes:
  student_ID - 9-digit format (e.g. 199712345)
  day - day of the class. select from M,T,W,R,F,S.
        - classes offered twice a week should have two separate entries.
  start_time - time of start of class in 4-digit, 24-hour format.
  end_time - time of end of class in 4-digit, 24-hour format
  subject - name of subject with no spaces. (e.g EEE101)
  room - classroom with no spaces (e.g. EEE307)

Example:  This will be the emailed schedule to me by Buzz Lightyear (ID=199712345)
who has a EEE 101 class during MTh 830-1030 at EEE 307 and
a ECE 197 class during TF 1130-130pm at EEE 307.
